Ugly Pieces of Metal, a book by Paul Peter Piech and William J Leahy
Ugly Pieces of Metal, a book by Paul Peter Piech and William J Leahy
This is the second edition of a letterpress book first published in 1976. Written by William J Leah, it was illustrated and printed originally by Paul Peter Piech. It is a book about how terrible the motor car is. Funny and dark it is as relevant today as it was when first published. A wonderful example of Piech’s hard hitting and beautiful work. He was an American who spent much of his life in South Wales. He was an advocate for positive and political change. 16 pages, 200x140mm, printed letterpress on Zerkall paper with a dark red board cover.
